Week 9 and Done
1. What did you like? What were your favorite discoveries or exercises on this learning journey? Honestly, what I liked was the exposure to so many things out there that can be done using technology. 2. What was your least favorite thing that you discovered? Least favorite thing that I discovered was how really clueless I am around technology. 3. How has this journey affected your views on technology? Again it opened my eyes to some of the gazillion things that are out there and available to use. 4. Were there any take-a-ways or unexpected outcomes from this program that surprised you? This program was really overwhelming for me, this is the toughest inservice I have ever been through, there were numerous times that I was going to quit. 5. What do you think you will be most likely to incorporate into your classroom/library? Just technology overall, I really need to make an effort to allow the kids opportunities to get on computers and create projects like Go Green as much as possible. 6. Can you describe your learning experiences in ONE WORD or ONE SENTENCE? Frustrating. 7. What suggestions would you make to help us improve this experience? Maybe not incorporate so much material. 8. Now go and comment on some of the adventure’s blogs.

Technology can be frustrating for everyone. I get frustrated all the time. I am glady you stuck with it. Your students use technology all the time. It is there go to whenever they need to know something, want to communicate with someone or be entertained. We have got to at least have an idea of what they are talking about to stay on a level playing field with our kids.
ReplyDeleteI know your students will benefit greatly from your experience in this process.
